    Managed docks report state of charge; a low reading raises an alert.

    Swap requested

    You confirm a delivery window and serving hub, or the swap is proposed for you.

    Hub reserves a dock

    The hub holds a charged dock of the same capacity and queues the run.

    Rider delivers

    The rider verifies the dock ID at pickup and swaps it at your location.

    Depleted dock returns

    The used dock goes back to the hub, is charged and re-enters the pool.
